Mouse Embryo Cryopreservation Order Form

Please complete the following form when requesting mouse embryo cryopreservation. Please note that males that you supply will be bred with B6SJLF1 females unless otherwise specified. 200-250 8-cell stage embryos from these matings will be cryopreserved, and one straw will be thawed and tested for viability. Multiple rounds of matings and embryo collection will be required to reach these numbers and will depend on the number of mice provided and their fertility.
